A simple and delicious addition to any festive apero.
Ingredients
250g ricotta
1 orange (you won’t need all)
Seeds from half a pomegranate
4 or 5 sage leaves, finely sliced
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Recipe
1. Place the ricotta in a blender with a pinch of salt, a little orange zest and a good squeeze of juice. Blend until completely smooth. Adjust seasoning and add more orange to taste
2. Mix the pomegranate, sage and a good glug of olive oil
3. Spread the ricotta mixture onto a plate and spoon over the pomegranate mixture. Swipe at it with bread or crudités
